Because we print your shirt just for you, we do not issue refunds on returned shirts, but we will happily do exchanges for different sizes if needed. Please always check the size chart for your measurements before ordering a shirt to ensure the proper fit. An email must be sent within 7 Days of receiving the shirt to receive an exchange. The item must be unwashed/unworn and in new condition to return. There is a 20% restocking fee for all size exchanges. Return shipping is at the customer’s expense, the exchange shipping to the customer is covered by Mason Jar Label.
We take pride in the quality of our products, however, sometimes things happen. If your shirt is damaged or defective, we will happily replace it at no charge with the same design, color, cut and size, provided an email is sent to email@example.com
within 7 days of receiving the shirt with pictures documenting the damage.
